Pshhh! I scoff at your pathetic laws

Gun Control…

Those two words have run rampant in the past year and will continue, as mass shootings have taken place throughout the United States.  The individuals who are committing these heinous crimes are in pure form, criminals.

Ladies and gentlemen, criminals are the lowest forms of wasted space within our confines of the United States. They are rejected specimens of society based on their inability to function, to follow rules and to exist amongst regular members of society. And lest they refuse to obey by the laws.

With that being said, who and what gives the government any idea that by passing stricter gun laws it will help reduce the crimes of shooting someone. The President and Vice-President along with the other monkeys of congress can run their gums all they want and come up with idiotic and senseless laws that will restrict the sane gun owners from acquiring firearms. However, since criminals do not follow laws nor care if they even exist, why would the government think that these tougher laws will make it harder for these crimes to exist.

What the members of government needs is a good strong open-handed slap upside the head to wake them from their fantasy ego power trips thinking that their “tougher” laws will solve the issues. Criminals find ways to acquire the tools they need.  Since the government is too lazy to enforce the rules that are already in place and too stupid to stop coming up with clueless and treasonist acts of giving weapons to terrorists and drug lords (Fast and Furious ring a bell), the putrid existence of human flesh we call criminals will continue their onslaught of killing innocent US citizens and in essence will be backed by the government.

On a side note, Nancy Pelosi its the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, not the 1st, you moronic pretentious plastic waste of a government chair. Sit down, shut up and let your husband make the money. You have no right to be in any office of the government.

With tougher gun control laws, comes a hidden agenda of actually controlling the US citizens and limiting their powers of freedom. Criminals in any sense of the form should have no freedoms nor existence even though they will continue to get away with murder… literally.

Casey Anthony, the murderer of her young daughter (Yes she murdered her daughter, I said it so what), then they have the Trayvon Martin case who was murdered in cold-blood by a wanna be cop (George Zimmerman) who is using the most insanely idiotic law of self-preservation I have ever heard (Stand your ground) and now an illegal immigrant, Jose Manuel Godinez-Samperio, mind you whom is breaking the law, is fighting to become a lawyer in the United States.

Oddly enough as it seems, that an illegal wants to become a lawyer and uphold the law of the land, that of which he is clearly breaking, the screwed up rotting brains of the decrepid geezers of the Florida Supreme Court are actually going to look into whether or not this illegal has the right to practice law in the US. Hey old gas-passers, here is the quick answer for you, “No, he is breaking the law already, so how can someone who is breaking the law be capable of defending the law.” Who cares if he was brought here by his illegal alien parents, he is still an illegal and should have no rights to become a lawyer, let alone should have been allowed to go to schools, get a law degree in an US university (without a green card or visa) and should definitely not be living here.

If this illegal scum wins his case, can you just imagine the consequences it would have on the legal system and the floodgates of illegals thinking they can sue to work here, get free aid and do what they please, all while breaking the law. This piece of Mexican trash is going to do one thing and one thing only if he wins, and that is fight and tie up the legal systems with frivolous lawsuits for illegal immigrants. I would say that any other state would look at his claim and laugh it off and tell him to leave. Oh contraire, where I live (The good ol’ safe haven for illegal aliens, California) the idiots in our Supreme Court would not only consider it, but also take him to lunch, wine and dine and find out what more he desires. Then Tony Villar (that is the male form of the name of LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa) would take him on the Long Beach Yacht that is wasting tax payers dollars (yes it is a yacht you illiterate dumbo-eared poor excuse for a mayor), and offer him a key to the city along with all of the free perks he desires. So Florida and California in this writers opinions are the worse places to be an American citizen, because here, the illegal pieces of trash from Mexico and any other degenerated country have more rights in these two states then naturally born citizens.

How can someone who is breaking the law even be considered for a law practice in the United States, if they are breaking the law already? Isn’t that like giving a bank robber a job at the National Treasury? Why can they be trusted to uphold law-abiding employment and trust when they are criminals.

No Visa, No License, Towing not our problem

Please, remind me again what the old adage was about driving in the United States of America? Oh that is right, receiving one’s drivers license and driving is, or shall I emphasize, was a privilege not a right. Receiving in the mail that brand new shiny piece of plastic, with one’s ugly mug shot and all of the information needed to steal someones identity imbedded on the face of it, was the epitome of turning 16 years old. Currently in the state of California, teenagers along with the parents, have to deal with the burden of the law which now does not allow a teenage to acquire a full drivers license until they turn 18 years of age. But, that only applies to legal citizens of the state.

Our good ol’ LAPD Police Chief Charlie Beck is “easing” the policy of impounding vehicles in which the driver is unlicensed. His mentality is that it is the right thing to do, that he has to keep it fair for all drivers and keep the roads safe. This police chief is as narcissistic as the politicians that run this run-down bankruptcy bound state of ours. This so called officer of the “law” made a statement in which should raise questions on his competency

Respect another country’s holiday?

Excuse me! What is this country coming to where we American citizens have to respect another country’s holiday and not show our own patriotism? 5 children from a high school in Morgan Hills, CA (Live Oak High School) were told to either turn their t-shirts inside out for the rest of the day or go home resulting in suspensions because, get this they were wearing t-shirts with the American flag on it. They were told that the day (May 5) was Cinco De Mayo, a Mexican holiday and that they needed to not show their patriotism towards their own country on that day because it might offend the Mexicans who were celebrating their own holiday. The boys refused and were sent home with suspensions, GOOD FOR YOU BOYS!!!!
